It turns your CRM into an AI-powered research and strategy engine.

It’s genuinely impressive.

Here’s just a few things I tried in an hour of ‘play’.

Content Ideation:

“What common themes exist across our tier-one accounts that we could address in a webinar?”

– Claude analyses your data and surfaces data backed content opportunities.

ABM on Steroids:

“Which accounts are missing key buying committee members?”

– Claude identifies gaps, researches decision-makers, and tells you if the technical buyer prefers open source whilst suggesting who holds budget authority, is in market and what they currently use.

Data Operations:

“Find duplicate records”

– Claude finds duplicates, no-replies, spam and gives recommended actions based on data recency and engagement patterns.

“Find subsidiary offices and HQs if missing”

– Claude identifies accounts that are not headquarters, then provides the headquarters for a top-down sales approaches.

This last is the coolest.

Instant Reporting:

“Graph MY sales email open rates last week”

Claude and it produced the attached graph. But also gave these tactical insights:

– Your email campaigns are reaching decision makers (CEOs, Directors, Co-founders)

– You have strong engagement from high-growth NZ companies

– Early morning send times appear effective for this audience

– Mid-week performance was strongest

My next test:

Connecting it to Google Drive to analyse which existing content matches specific audience segments and automatically adapt messaging.
